Nana's Beach House will make you feel right at home with this beautiful property nestled in the private community of Buck Island in Corolla. Discover the charm of this inviting 5-bedroom oceanside retreat with a community beach access nearby to allow for sun and sand just a few steps from the front door.

As you step inside, you're greeted by an airy and open floor plan, seamlessly connecting the main living area with the expansive outdoor space where you will find yourself lounging by the private pool or soaking in the hot tub at all hours of the day. The living room offers a spacious open floor plan allowing for family meals and movie marathons while natural light floods the space, highlighting the tastefully appointed furnishings and upscale finishes. Cozy up with a book in the loft or, during the cold winter months, by the gas fireplace. The kitchen is well-designed and updated to allow meals to be a breeze for families of all sizes and with dining seating for 10, everyone can dine together, creating memories to last a lifetime. The top-level master bedroom offers a king en-suite with private bath and sun deck to allow for complete relaxation. The mid-level bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space for any age with covered deck access, just steps away from the pool deck.

Exploring the area: Nana's Beach House is conveniently located near the Timbuck II shopping center as well as many local shops and restaurants in the area.

Beach Access: Head right out of driveway to Orions Way. Community beach access is at the end of the road.

Community Features: Guests will have access to community amenities such as the Olympic-sized outdoor swimming pool and use of the tennis and basketball courts during your stay.

Complimentary Beach Set-Up! You will find four beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for you on the beach daily between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets.

Loflich OBX Adventure

Great location - close to the beach, close to food and grocery stores! The house was very clean when we arrived and welcoming with every kitchen utensil needed (the blender, ice maker and coffee grinder were especially nice to have). The pool and hot tub were great and the daily setup of 4x chairs and an umbrella at the beach were a nice touch (from 9am-4pm). Some things that could be improved are: 1. More 'starter supplies' like kitchen trash bags, liquid dish soap (to go with the included dish sponge), bar soap for the bathrooms. 2. The linens and dish towels were lacking, we had a hard time finding sheets for the downstairs pullout couch/bed and had to use bath hand-towels in the kitchen. 3. There was land-scaping/construction being done across the street which woke us up several mornings before 8am....a temporary thing. 4. There was a picture that had a room with a bunk-bed that wasn't in the house, but it worked out with one kid sleeping on the pull-out couch downstairs. The neighbors were really friendly always saying hi to us and our kids. All-in-all, we had a great time and would look forward to coming back to this same house/neighborhood again!

Nana’s House is OUTSTANDING

The perfect place! Close to the beach. Walkable to dining and Ice Cream. Everything was as if new. We loved it! Will be back!

Great neighborhood for kids/easy walk to beach

This house was beautiful and spacious. Kids loved the pool and the big front yard for games. Close to the beach and an easy walk to stores.

Beautiful house and. Excellent location!

We joined another family (total of 12 people) for a wonderful stay at antonica. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location is stunning and so convenient to stores and restaurants. Out stay could not have been better. Just some minor snags - top bunk bed had no sheets, the gas grill ran out of gas (was replaced 2 days later) and we could not find a broom in the house. Aside from that, it was perfect!
