The top-level open floorplan makes gathering as a group easy with comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV in the living area, dining space for 12 and kitchen island seating for 4, the fully equipped kitchen will surely delight the chef so they can prepare delicious meals for everyone. Indoor or rainy day entertainment can be found in the lower level rec room with a pool table and snacks will be easily accessible from the wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and microwave. If you have those favorite movies you've wanted to watch with the family then the media room will be a great room to gather for some popcorn and movie time. No need to worry about carrying the groceries and luggage up steps this home offers an elevator with access to all levels. Beach Access: Conveniently located close to the Admiral Street beach access! Head north from the home and cross Virginia Dare Trail at the marked pedestrian cross walk to access beach. Paved parking lot and wooden walkway to allow easy access to the beach!

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. The hot tub is Seasonal - Seasonal Hot Tubs are not available from January through mid-March.
