Take a refreshing dip in the private 12 x 24 pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee) or sink into the hot tub with a cold drink from the tiki bar. An elevator makes it easy to access all levels of the house, and your fur baby can join you as the property is dog-friendly. 

For indoor fun, the rec room offers a pool table and wet bar, perfect for a night in with friends or family. Each of the 8 bedrooms with a private bath, ensures everyone has their own space to relax and unwind. The great room with its cathedral ceilings makes the space feel open and inviting and best of all, you can enjoy a glimpse of the ocean from the top sun deck. You'll find a dining table that seats ten people, making it ideal for sharing meals with loved ones. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes.
