Take a soothing soak in the hot tub, challenge your group to a game night in the rec room, or whip up refreshing drinks at the cabana bar for poolside fun.  

Inside the home, this expansive space features comfortable seating, perfect for gathering the whole group. A large comfortable sofa invites conversation and relaxation, while a separate sitting area provides a cozy nook for reading or enjoying a quiet cup of coffee.  The open floor plan seamlessly integrates the living area with a spacious dining area, offering plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy meals together.  The top level also has a well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances.  Step out onto the top-level deck and breathe in the fresh ocean air and enjoy the sounds of the sea while basking in the warm Outer Banks sunshine. The house location was great. It was as advertised. However the cleaning was really lacking. Floors were dirty, not just sand but they were dirty, sand in beds, and hair in beds. A few maintenance issues as well. Would I stay here again, yes but I’d would really inspect for cleanliness the first day and have it re cleaned. The only other thing I would suggest is some type of pantry to keep groceries in for the week.

House was great. Could've used more towels, in bathrooms and also kitchen. The one suite on top floor, the bed dod not have a top sheet, just a comforter on top. Kinda weird?

Amazing property!
We have been staying in this home for years! It’s in the perfect location walking distance from the beach and across the street from the grocery stores! The perfect amount of rooms and space for our family. We love the TV room in the middle floor for the kids to play their video games! The elevator is very convenient for taking groceries up and down from the lower level! The house is dog friendly and there is ample amounts of grass around to walk our dogs without them getting any sand spurs. The pool was clean and we love the furniture at the pool- it felt like we were staying in a resort!

Perfect Getaway
We stayed here for our trip to the Outer Banks and it truly deserves every one of its 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the location captivated us—semi‑oceanfront in the peaceful Village of Nags Head, with just a short stroll across to the beach bathhouse and soft sand beaches. Our entire group—including our pup—loved the fenced yard and knowing the home was dog-friendly. The pool was perfect for our family, and ocean-view decks were the perfect place to relax all day long. We even heated the pool on cooler days and spent the evenings soaking in the hot tub under the stars—it was simply amazing! Inside, the kitchen was fully equipped and all the rooms were comfortable and welcoming. We’re looking forward to our return next year and cannot wait to stay here again!

House was the perfect size for our family, the layout was very good. It was impressive that you responded within an hour to our call and then an onsite visit within an hour or so later. The hot tub never got its chlorine filter fixed. Some housekeeping issues could’ve be better attended to. The bird nest/poop on second floor is yucky. Overall, good location and impression.

Mostly nice place! Outdoor shower didn't work and had a broken lock on a door. Also didn't like when someone came by and said kids weren't allowed in the hot tub as that is definitely not in the rules.
