Sunsets make the perfect backdrop to this Village at Nags Head home on the 4th green at the Nags Head Golf Links. Experience the best of soundside and golf course vacationing at Bay Meadow 20. This beautiful property has everything you need to make your stay a relaxing and memorable one. As a guest, you will have access to the Village Beach Club amenities that feature an Olympic-sized, oceanfront community pool, and tennis courts.

Everyone will love the sunset and water views from the living area and top-level sun deck. The great room provides the perfect place to gather for meals and the comfortable living room makes a great place to watch your favorite movies or sports. Elevator access to all levels makes unloading groceries and luggage a breeze. Bay Meadow 20 is dog-friendly so make sure you bring them along to enjoy the beach, too. Leave your stress at home and let this house by the sound soothe you. 

Community Amenities: Guests of Bay Meadow 20 have access to the Villages at Nags Head Community amenities including:

  • Two Soundside Parks with Piers and Picnic Areas
  • The Village Oceanfront Bathhouse - Restrooms, Sun Decks and Oceanfront Gazebo.
  • Village Beach Club- Oceanfront Pool and Tennis club.  
Exploring the area: Located at Milepost 15 in Nags Head, Bay Meadow 20 is close to local restaurants, shopping and area attractions. Take a trip to Roanoke Island, travel south to Pea and Hatteras Island to climb lighthouses, or head north to take in all that Bodie Island has to offer. And obviously, we wouldn't blame you if you just wanted to relax along the beach during your stay.

Beach Access: Just a quick drive to the beach!  Turn right out of the driveway to the traffic light to safely cross Highway 158.  Continue 1 block to the Village Beach Club access.

Great location on the golf course and on the Bay. It was a perfect location to kayak or paddleboard. The house was spacious with an excellent family room overlooking the water perfect for gathering friends and family. We would 100% stay there again. Also, the community pool was very nice and a very short drive away.

Great location right on the golf course and the bay. Perfect if you like to kayak, golf or paddleboard. The Community pool was nice and only a short drive away. The family room and dining area was nice sized room and was able to accommodate many friends and family in one room overlooking the bay. We would definitely stay here again.

amazing experience
Amazing home, with truly spectacular sunsets each evening. Home was clean, spacious and well thought out. Location allowed walking to the sound out our back door and have access to Village Beach club pool and beach. Easy to get to Food Lion, Outback, Sonic Manteo. Only drawback, and this is sort of nit picky. There is no basketball hoop as pictured. Big bummer for our kids.

Fantastic views
B20 is a gem! The access to watersports, golf, dining, and sightseeing is second to none. The sunsets are gorgeous, especially in the spring when they are over water. Amenities are endless, you don't need to bring anything but your toys. It's a ball hawkers dream!

Beautiful Sunsets
We very much enjoyed our stay in Nags Head. The house had a feeling of privacy, as it overlooked 2 golf holes and the sound. The upstairs living are was where we spent family time, eating, playing games and relaxing. One suggestion: most of the furniture was too low for a person with limited mobility and difficulty walking and transferring from one seat to another. The elevator was essential to our choice, as was the handicapped shower. Some narrow doorways made areas inaccessible. A high, sturdy bench in a bedroom would help. A reclining chair with arms would make it easier to rise to standing position. We did enjoy our time at this beautiful home.

Comfortable house, great views!
This is a comfortable house with TERRIFIC sunset views! The way the house is oriented makes the decks feel very private. The elevator is a huge plus, especially for our older dog, as the external stairs are quite steep. Communication from Coastal Carolina Vacations was very good. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay!

Baymeadow 20
The location of Baymeadow 20 is the best! We enjoyed viewing many gorgeous sunsets during our stay. It’s open floor plan and roominess was perfect for family interaction, game time, and meals. We will definitely book again in the future.

B20 is a beautiful home
We've stayed in B20 more than five times, and it is always in impeccable condition. The location is ideal for watersports, and proximity to restaurants and attractions is fantastic. The Nags Head Golf Course is fun to play, and fun to watch from the decks.
