H201S Heron Cove South - 201

This is the 4th time we have been to OBX and this was the best condo so far. It is a large 3 bed condo with an open family room and kitchen area. The kitchen is well supplied. Newer appliances and very clean. The large balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. The hurricane the week before did push sand over the steps to the beach but that was fixed well enough to have easy access to the beach. This is a beautiful condo to spend your vacation. Very comfortable. We hated to leave. We will be back!

This condo is much larger than it looks in pictures, and is perfectly equipped with state of the art kitchen appliances and everything one might need to cook and serve a large family- which we did. The view of the beach is spectacular. We didn’t want to leave!

Storm from the previous week made the pool area and walkway a mess. Was never fixed the entire week we stayed. I understand that storms can’t be helped but I really feel that some of our money should be refunded for not getting exactly what we paid for. The condo on the inside was very nice and spacious. Master shower had some mold that needs addressed. We enjoyed our stay even with the few problems.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and speaking with me today. We only manage this particular unit so are unable to address issues with the building or grounds, but we have reached out to the association management company about the walkway & pool area and they are aware of the issues and are working to resolve them as soon as they are able. Our teams will be taking care of the master bathroom. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay despite the bad weather!
