It is a beautiful spacious house. The kitchen was well stocked. There was room for all of us. The view from the deck was amazing. There were minor repairs that were needed. Just wear and tear over the season. But overall a great place to stay

We did have a great week. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Since you asked… There were things that needed attention A/C issues that caused a leak in the closet of Bdrm # 2 - all were reported and addressed. However, the rug in the bedroom (from the leak) was wet and the room started to smell from it. The 2nd floor elevator door had one of hinges loose - it was repaired while you inspector was there. The oven door in the kitchen hits the floor if the handle is not held (something for future) On 2nd and 3rd floor - it took a long time for the hot water to turn on. I know that was reported by other guests, not sure how you resolve that. Thanks for your attention when we did report any issues. Friendly and efficient support. Elizabeth Brennan

Beautiful views
We loved the location , views , and amenities this beautiful spacious house had to offer ! The bedrooms were a nice size and the beds were very comfortable . However we did experience several issues through out our stay. Some minor and some more bothersome. We reached out to the management and they were very friendly and sent someone out fairly quickly to address the issues. The minor issues like leaky faucets, loose door hinges. and missing TV remotes were corrected quickly. The more bothersome issues was the ice makers on the second and third floors did not work so we had to go to the first floor every time we needed ice. The ice maker on the first floor was small so we ended up needing to purchase ice to meet our needs. The house has 2 washers and dryers. One was making a very loud noise and after the technician came out to look at it , he unplugged it and told us not to use it so we only had one washer for the week . The other washer would get stuck in between cycles and needed to be manually stopped or would run for hours. Both dryers worked but took a couple cycles to dry our items . The biggest issue was the hot water, one of the three hot water heaters was not heating the water but was cycling cold water through the system so some of the rooms did not have hot water until our last night there. The technician made the necessary repairs on Friday and finally everyone could enjoy a hot shower ! We look forward to visiting the Outerbanks again , hopefully with a few less issues.

One of these Nights
We absolutely loved the spacious beautiful house. The ocean views were spectacular. We have already booked for next year. It had everything that we needed. The kitchen has plenty of cookware etc. We love the location and easy access to the beach. The only complaint we have is the small roaches mainly in the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you.

NH145 is a great house, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay! Given our unique ecosystem pests and bugs can often be seen in and around homes. This home does participate in regular pest control treatments and we've since had an additional inspection as a preventative measure. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back to the beach next summer!

One of these nights
This was our second year renting this house. It has awesome amenities and is very nicely appointed. However, there are some things I hope the new management company makes the owners aware of. 1. The outlets in the kitchen island trip the breaker if used at the same time. 2. The kitchen needs large cooking sheets and more pots. 3. The televisions were not connected. And are very confusing to operate. 4. About 1/4 of the tiles on the pool are missing. This is dangerous and looks bad. 5. The pool area itself needs to be repaired. It looks bad. 6. Two of the stairs going to the beach are coming up and need to be replaced.

Thank you for your review! Newly installed Rokus should eliminate any issues with the TVs, and we are working with local vendors to have the pool tiles repaired. We were not aware that you had issues with the kitchen outlets during your stay, but have since made repairs to prevent future problems. Additional baking sheets and cookware have also been added to the home. Thank you for reporting the beach access steps - these have been repaired to ensure safety for all of our guests. Wonderful Stay
This is a wonderful house. Very clean and fresh. Staff at Coastal Carolinas could not have been more accommodating. After arriving on Saturday, I was able to speak to a live person on Sunday, usually you have to email and wait for response on Monday. With about 22 people in the house there were always questions, some Of which were user error. The house easily accommodated my large crew. TV’s not working for the entire house were a problem but I have faith that this will be corrected very soon and be ready for our September trip. Beach access was great even for senior citizens. A wonderful trip and I would highly recommend the house and Coastal Carolinas as a management company.
