Ocean front beach house
This home was the perfect size for our family of 5 + a few friends. They have kept the charm of the traditional Nags Head beach house with modern updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and most days had a nice breeze. You can not see the ocean from the porch because of the dunes however there is a short path to the beach through the dunes. This was very convenient for us! Linens and towels were provided and the kitchen had everything we needed(but we did not cook elaborate meals). We had a minor issue with the alarm system beeping and Coastal Carolina was very attentive to this. They sent out people immediately. We had a issue with the dishwasher and again they answered my texts right away and sent someone out. The location was perfect for us, we rented bikes and our teenage kids were able to bike to get coffee, açaí bowls, ice-cream, shops, etc. We also utilized the YMCA passes that came with the house. The house may seem “old” to some but if your looking to enjoy a traditional OBX home, I recommend this home.
