No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets.  Please note this home shares its lot with a detached guest house that may, at times, be rented out separately. *The driveway to this home is monitored by a camera. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.*

*Oceanfront homes are subject to beach nourishment projects scheduled by individual towns.  Visit our FAQ regarding beach nourishment and links to town-provided schedules.* Stormwater outfalls were installed in the early 1960s. They allow rainwater to drain away from the lower areas between the highways of U.S. 158 and N.C. 12, which assists with flood prevention. (See photo gallery) The town recommends not swimming within 200 ft of this pipe. The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality regularly monitors the outfall sites and collects water samples to ensure there are no contaminants that would threaten human or marine life. 

Seasonal Cabana Service: Memorial Day - Labor Day. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. Service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Surf School.
