  • Private Pool Heated (heat: Easter-Mem Day; Labor Day - Mid-Oct) Pools heated to 78-80 degrees available Mid-April through Memorial Day and Mid-September through Mid-October. Outside temps (60 or less), wind speed/direction and other weather conditions will impact optimal performance.
  • Village Beach Club The Village Beach Club amenities include a large oceanfront, lifeguarded pool, kiddie pool, snack bar, beach access, and restroom facilities. It is open every day from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and a limited schedule for May and September.

Dune Nuttin is located oceanside in the much sought-after neighborhood of Seaside. The community walkway to the beach is just steps away where everyone can enjoy the beautiful beach and ocean every day. Don't want to be at the beach every day, then you have plenty of options to swim in your own private pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee.) or the community oceanfront pool. After an adventurous day relax in the hot tub while gazing at the OBX stars. 
The great room is spacious and offers just the right space to prepare those favorite meals, watch some blockbuster movies and dine with family and friends. Multi-leveled decks that offer sun and shade and ocean views. 
Dune Nuttin is dog-friendly so make sure you bring them along too so they can enjoy an OBX vacation.

Convenient to local restaurants, shops, golf, and many outdoor adventures.

Beach Access: Just a short walk away from the house!  Raised walkway located at the end of the Sand Castle Court.

Great place
The house was fantastic for our time together. There were lots of games and books.to choose from, the option for the club pool when the ocean wasn't cooperating. Kitchen was well stocked and we had a great time.

Our Favorite OBX Beach House!
We love this awesome beach house! Such fun times the past two years in this home with our family and friends! Easy walk to the beach—and to the club house. The new flooring and furniture is beautiful! Friendly and extremely helpful management company. And—a huge thank you for keeping this home pet friendly!! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Great Beach House
Dune Nuttin’ is the perfect beach house for our family. It accommodates our dogs and grandchildren. Many games for the grandchildren and high chair & gates. Easy access to the nice wooden walkway to the beach and a pool & hot tub at the house to relax in after a day at the beach.
