SS56 C-Side

New updates from last year were a pleasant surprise. Once again location, board walk and the mat walk way to the beach were the clincher. Every beach access should have the mats. The house was clean and well stocked. The rental company is exceptional.

We had an amazing time at C-Side. Everyone loved the location and the house was comfortable for my family of 16. The only recommendation I have is to add a gas grill! It was an awesome vacation.

House was great! Location was amazing, a short walk to the beach. Grandkids loved riding the waves. Only drawback NO gas grill and for a group of 16 I was surprised and disappointed! All and all a awesome vacation!

This house was close to the beach and perfect for our growing family… we had 10 adults and 6 children 5 and under. The house was clean. Communication with the company was easy… we had a dryer issue and a handle that fellOff a door and they came within the same day to fix it.

The property was clean and well maintained. The small issues we had were delt with promptly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend the rental to family and friends. We will consider this property for future vacations. Property is centrally located between Corolla and Cape Hatteras. The only suggestion I would have would be to provide additional towel bars in the ground floor bathroom. There is only one bar. When there is more than one person staying in the room there is nowhere to hang additional towels. Other than that, we had a great time.

Very nice property. Centrally located. Just a short walk to the beach. No hassle check in and out. Staff, when contacted, were friendly and responsive. Definitely will consider staying again in the future.

Great location close to the beach

We loved how easy the beach access is from this home. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood with no busy road to cross to reach the beach. The board walk is right next to the home and is only for the neighborhood. This home was clean and we had no issues. The decks look new as well as the awesome kitchen. Looks like new flooring was installed in kitchen and great room not long ago. Bedrooms may need some updating, but they are very comfortable. Was nice to be able to see a bit of the ocean from the upper deck. Also loved all of the windows in the great room. Close enough to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Location is great! Close to shopping. But not in the middle of all the commercial properties. Beach access is great! Nice views. Beautiful home.

The house is the perfect location. The boardwalk to the beach is the deal breaker. The house was well equipped. We found small issues which were addressed immediately. Only drawback was not knowing beforehand the community pool was open from 12-5 daily.

My family has stayed in this house for about 6 years now and we feel like it’s our beach home! We have several families and small children and this house fits us comfortably. I love that most of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. We loved the updated kitchen this year and the beautiful hardwood floors, plus the new dining table and chairs. We’ve already booked for next year! This home and Coastal Carolina has been awesome and made our stay a memorable vacation!

The property was as described and suited our group of 15 well. We appreciate three king masters for the couples. The kids’ room was tight and several shared a bathroom but they don’t mind too much. Other bathrooms handled a few extra showers to keep things moving. While we prefer a home with a pool, it wasn’t missed too much with the beach club privilege. Grateful for enough dining space. The ice maker was very helpful. While the main living space was nicely updated, the bedrooms and on suite baths were not yet, but still okay. Only one minor maintenance concern and it was resolved quickly. While we don’t usually repeat our destinations and accommodations, it was someplace we would stay again.

Great spot, walking distance to the beach. Large living and kitchen level makes for a large gathering area. Good exterior decks. Hot tub was a plus on the cool fall nights. Stove could be improved as it is hard to manage temperatures

We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The house was perfect for our 3 families (6 adults 8 children ages 9 to 15) Plenty of space. We even had an extra bedroom! It’s proximity to the beach was perfect! The property managers were more than accommodating. They answered all requests promptly. We had an issue with the ice maker and the PM had ice delivered daily! We would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

This property is perfect for a large family, our adult children, partners and their kids all had a great week at this beach house. It is a 2 minute walk up the boardwalk from the property, the location makes it easy for the kids and their little legs. Almost all bedrooms have their own separate bathroom, which is ideal for privacy. The kitchen has plenty of silverware/plates/glasses to accommodate a large group. Seating is ample for meal gathering, or just winding down after a busy beach day, and watching a movie before bedtime in the main family room. The only adjustment I would suggest is more towels for each bathroom and also the kitchen, we were prepared to do laundry during the week, but with few bathroom and kitchen towel supplies, we did a few more loads during the week. One of our favorite rentals in Nags Head so far!

Great accommodations for a large family gathering to enjoy quality time at the beach in Nags Head. The location and neighborhood exceeded our expectations! We would recommend C-side semi-oceanfront to anyone looking for ample space and amenities right at the beach. The boardwalk connects to the house resulting in a few minutes of easy walking direct access to the beach. During our stay the weather and wind was perfect for flying kites on the beach. The community pool was great for adults and kids. The location is great for some shopping and dining in town and day trips to Jockey Ridge State Park and Alligator River National Wildlife. Refuge.

It was great house for 5 families. It was located in Negs head where all the attractions are very close by. We had some water issue in the beginning of our stay due to unexpected cold weather ahead but after that the week stay went very smoothly.
