The open floor plan gives everyone the space they need to gather to watch movies and prepare some delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen and dining space with a table that seats four. When you are ready to rest up for another day of exciting adventures two spacious bedrooms await you a king en suite with a private deck and a queen bedroom. 
With the beach less than a mile away from Cassie's Cottage you can dip your toes in the sand and get that sun-kissed glow while enjoying the beach, sand, and surf. 
After you have enjoyed a glorious day at the beach take advantage of the large community pool. Sandpiper Cay also offers a tennis court, a kids' playground, and a picnic and grilling area.
The best of the Outer Banks is close by or within driving distance where you can experience the local restaurants, unique shops and so many outdoor experiences. 
No Smoking/Vaping. Pet Friendly - One Dog Only.  Fireplace is not operational.
Community pools are Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.
Parking is unassigned and 2 cars are permitted. The association does not permit any trailers, jet skis, or RV/Campers.
